1: Thorough Inspection & Estimate
Before we start, we provide a comprehensive assessment to make sure you have all the information needed to make informed decisions. We highlight any potential challenges and review our approach so there are no surprises. You will receive an information packet about us, and an estimate sent to your email.
Masking & Covering
We meticulously cover all surfaces to ensure that any overspray or dust is contained. Hardwood or vinyl flooring is covered with construction paper, carpets are covered in drop cloths and sticky plastic. All furniture is covered in plastic and sealed to the floor. If something is being sprayed with an airless sprayer, all vents are sealed to prevent any particulates from entering the vents and spreading throughout the home.
Expert Drywall Repair & Surface Preparation
Our painting process begins with repairing any settlement cracks on ceilings or walls, filling in nail and screw holes, and texturing to match. Any areas with uneven or in consistent texturing will be pointed out and re-textured. Walls are them sanded and wiped down.
Trim & Woodwork Preparation
We believe that the finer details elevate the project. All trim and woodwork are sanded, caulked and repaired with precision, ensuring a smooth, professional finish. We will fill any dents or dings with putty, and if any trim is damaged beyond repair, we replace it.
Professional Primer & Paint Application
After careful prep, we apply premium primers and paints tailored to your home's needs. We only use No VOC paints. Ceilings receive two coats for even coverage, while trim and doors are often sprayed for a sleek, high-end finish. Walls are given 2 coats as well to ensure consistency in coverage and color evenness.
Daily & Final Cleanup
We respect your space, keeping the worksite clean and organized at every stage. At the end of each day, we clean, remove any debris, and tidy up the area. Once painting is complete, we conduct a full cleanup to ensure your home is left as clean as we found it. All trash is disposed of and removed from the home. All areas are vacuumed with a vacuum equipped with a HEPA filter. All furniture is wiped down and floors are clean with a mild, surface appropriate cleaner.
Walkthrough & Final Inspection
